You have to think about the long tail effect. As consumers we are shying away from the mainstream hits into smaller niche markets. As a band or musician you need to define your niche and then your audience will find you.
Using online social media is by far the easiest way to find your crowd and your crowd to find you.
The Internet is probably the greatest communication medium we will ever know. It connects people from all over the world in all walks of life.
Behind every one of those connections are REAL PEOPLE. People who will be either captivated by what you have to say and offer… or not!
People are making decisions all the time, whether consciously or unconsciously. Are they benefiting or being entertained by what they are doing, viewing or purchasing?
